How it All Started
Founders Ying Liu and Michael Chu, both Chinese born Americans
residing in Silicon Valley, developed the concepts after putting
up with the inconvenience and frustration of doing business in China,
caused mainly by the infrastructure gap between US and China. Local
savvy and culture familiarity have allowed the partners to establish
