What is MyeFaxChina?

We are a growing Internet faxing service that provides you with the convenience of having your own local fax number in from many cities in Mainland China. Part of the ChinaStar101 business solutions community, MyefaxChina is brought to you by US-owned and operated Triteck, Inc. of Silicon Valley, California.

How does the MyeFaxChina fax service work?

How to receive a fax

1. After signing up with MyeFaxChina.com, you will receive your local fax number from one of the cities in mainland China. Currently, MyeFaxChina offers fax numbers from Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Tianjin, Qingdao and Jinan.

2. All fax documents sent to your local fax number(s) will be converted to an image file by our system and sent to your email as an attachment.

In most cases, you may open the fax file by double-clicking on it. Thereafter, your faxes can be easily archived and retrieved on your personal computer. Manage your faxes in whatever manner best suits your individual needs.

How to send a fax

Log into MyeFaxChina.com. Attach a file or a scanned hard copy to send your fax. Our system will then process and convert your document to a fax format and instantly route it to your designated email address. Currently, MyeFaxChina system supports the following types of documents: *.txt,*.doc,*.xls,*.tif,*.bmp,*.jpeg, and A4 paper size.

Is MyeFaxChina reliable?

MyeFaxChina.com uses the industry-standard internet fax platform in China and other mechanisms to make sure your faxes are processed glitch-free. We stand behind our reliability.

The MyeFaxChina.com network works off the main backbone of the Internet system in China. Compared to traditional faxing methods, that means no busy signals. Plus, you will never have to worry about running out of paper or toner.

Due to the nature of the Internet, however, sending faxes to international locations may experience an occasional delay. It's a good idea to check with the receiving party when faxing particularly important documents. Our technical and customer service team are ready to support you with your faxing needs.

I already have email, why do I need e fax?

In many instances, you need to receive or send documents with signatures or handwritten notes/corrections. Using our fax service, you can easily convert these documents into electronic form and send them as email attachments. I live in the United States. Why do I need a China fax number?

What is the difference between a local China fax number from MyeFaxChina.com and a regular China phone/fax number?

Isn't faxing outdated? Why not rely on a scanner and email to send documents?

MyefaxChina knows from years of industry experience that more often than not, Chinese business associates are more comfortable using a fax machine than email and a scanner. In many cases, a computer may not be readily available or convenient on the Chinese side.

Should I go with the Basic Plan or the Pro Plan?

The Basic Plan provides a China fax number with a four-digit extension. The Pro Plan fax number has no extension.

Can I read faxes from my cell phone?

Yes! Your fax messages can be downloaded the same as any other email attachment. Devices such as Palm and Blackberry with a TIF file reader can also easily display your faxes.
