What is offered to the member?

MyeFaxChina.com is a service operated by ChinaStar101.com, which is a division of Triteck, Inc. As a MyeFaxChina.com customer, you will receive a local fax number in a Chinese city of your choice. With a simple setup process, you will link this fax number to your e-mail address, through which you will receive faxes. You will also be able to send faxes anywhere in the world from your account.

MyeFaxChina.com currently offers two plans， Basic and Pro. Each has features to allow members to pick the plan that best suits their requirements and budget. Our service is offered as a monthly subscription service charged to your credit card for the utmost in convenience and ease of use.

Service Plans

Basic Plan

Basic plan fax numbers are the ones that appear to contain extension numbers. For instance, 021-xxxx-xxxx-zzzz. For this plan, people sending faxes to you will need to dial the fax number first (xxxx-xxxx), and enter the last 4 extension digits as prompted. Except for this requirement, and a lower monthly quota of free received faxes, the Basic Plan works the same as the Pro Plan ,and is lower priced.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is the easiest for your contacts in China. This plan requires no extension number and works exactly like a regular fax number in China. Local fax numbers are currently available in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing and Tianjin, Jinan and Qingdao.

Once you complete the simple registration process, you will be able to receive faxes from your China counterparts with a local or domestic fax call. These faxes will be automatically transferred to the e-mail account specified in your user profile.

You will also be able to send faxes out from your MyeFaxChina.com account. Any electronic copies of documents scanned into or sent to your MyeFaxChina.com account in .tif. file format can be faxed to any valid fax number in the world. MyeFaxChina also supports .txt, .doc, .xls, bmp, .jpeg files.

Restrictions/Usage

You are fully responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the service. MyeFaxChina.com simply acts as a passive conduit for you to send and receive information of your own choosing. However, MyeFaxChina.com reserves the right to take any action with respect to the service that MyeFaxChina.com deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if MyeFaxChina.com believes you or your information may create liability for MyeFaxChina.com, compromise or disrupt the Services for you or other customers, or cause MyeFaxChina.com to lose (in whole or in part) the services of MyeFaxChina.com's ISPs or other suppliers.

Your use of the service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations (including without limitation those governing account collection, export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising).

As a MyeFaxChina customer, you agree:

(1) to comply with all laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from any country through the service; (2) not to use the service for illegal purposes;
(3) not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the service;
(4) to comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the service;
(5) not to use the service to infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
(6) not to transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature; and
(7) be aware that this service is being offered in the People's Republic of China and refrain from transmitting politically sensitive material.

You further agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.

The service makes use of the Internet for you to send and receive information of your own choosing. As a result, your conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies and procedures. You agree not use or reference the service for chain letters, junk fax or junk mail, spamming or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process, and further agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems. You shall not interfere with another Customer's use and enjoyment of the Services or another entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.

Billing

A monthly statement for the prior month's activities will be available at the beginning of each month. Please review these statements for accuracy. Your monthly statement will list interim charges you have incurred during the month, plus the monthly flat fee and any partial amount that becomes due at the end of each month. It will also detail the additional charges occurred during the month, such a pages sent and received pages over the quota allotted in your chosen plan.

The billing information will be kept for your reference for one year, under the tab Billing Information once you have logged in. However, since we only track the detailed information for 2 months, please contact customer service with any charges you feel may be listed erroneously as soon as possible.

Authorization/Payment

You agree to pay all charges for your use of MyeFaxChina.com Services at the prices then in effect. MyeFaxChina.com reserves the right to change prices or institute new charges for access to or use of MyeFaxChina.com.

All changes in pricing will be posted at the MyeFaxChina.com website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing such pricing information to obtain timely notice of such changes. Continued use of MyeFaxChina.com services or non-termination of your MyeFaxChina.com account after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the prices as modified by the posted changes.

Payment of your MyeFaxChina.com monthly fee is due at the beginning of the month and must be paid by the credit or debit card designated by you for MyefaxChina.com use and transactions. Your other charges are due at end of the month after the usage has been tabulated. Therefore, your monthly bill at the beginning of each month consists of the pre-payment of the monthly fee for the current month and the additional charges from last month. If the payment is not received by MyeFaxChina.com from the card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by MyeFaxChina.com.

Each time you use MyeFaxChina.com services, or allow or cause MyeFaxChina.com services to be used, you agree and reaffirm that MyeFaxChina.com is authorized to charge your designated card. Your card issuer's agreement governs your use of your designated card in connection with MyeFaxChina.com, and you must refer to such agreement (not this Agreement) with respect to your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.

Your activation fee and monthly or yearly service fees are payable in advance and are COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE. You agree that MyeFaxChina.com may submit charges for your monthly service fee each month, without further authorization from you. If you subscribed to MyeFaxChina.com pursuant to a special offer granting you a free trial period, your activation fee and initial monthly service fee will be PRE-AUTHORIZED AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD (meaning the amounts pre-authorized will not be considered available credit or debit funds in such account) and will be immediately charged to your credit or debit card, without further authorization from you, upon the expiration of such free trial period, unless you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before MyeFaxChina.com reasonably could act on your notice.

You must promptly notify MyeFaxChina.com of changes to: (a) the account number or expiration date of your designated card; (b) your billing address; and (c) the name of each minor whom you have authorized to use your MyeFaxChina.com account. You must also promptly notify MyeFaxChina.com if your card is canceled (e.g., for loss or theft).

You further agree to allow MyeFaxChina.com to charge your card on record for any amounts up to the $20 threshold each time as the charges reach that limit, even if the billing cycle has not ended for the current period.

If you choose to cancel the service at anytime, you acknowledge that you are liable for service paid through the end of the month in which you received cancellation confirmation, or through the end of your year of service, if you use the annual payment plan. See the Customer Service section of this agreement for how to request service cancellation.

Any usage credits or promotional materials or coupons provided by MyeFaxChina are cannot be exchanged for cash.

MyeFaxChina.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your MyeFaxChina.com account without notice upon rejection of any card charges or if your card issuer (or its agent or affiliate) seeks return of payments previously made to MyeFaxChina.com when MyeFaxChina.com believes you are liable for the charge. Such rights are in addition to and not in lieu of any other legal rights or remedies available to MyeFaxChina.com.

Upgrade of service plan is only available for customers in good standing.

Anti - Spam Policy

It is undesirable to receive junk faxes, but over the course of usage, it is a likely occurrence. If you believe that you are in receipt of a junk fax, we ask that you take the following two steps:

If the fax contains a telephone number, fax number, or other contact information to "unsubscribe" from receipt of additional junk faxes, please do so on your own judgement.

Then, please go to the following web page to file a complaint with MyeFaxChina.com by inserting the required information and including a copy of the offending fax. We will assist you in deterring the re-occurrence of junk faxes.

Customer Service

Should you find it necessary to contact us for customer service, please e-mail customercare@MyeFaxChina.com. If for some reason you need to cancel the service, please send an e-mail with "Cancel Service" in the subject.
