Green Technology

Why Go Green?

Quick Fact Sheet

Decades of rapid economic growth and poor environmental regulation has wrought extensive damage on China's environment. Air and water pollution, soaring energy output and greenhouse gas emissions are just a few issues of global concern.

However, with a population of 1.3 billion, the more individuals that make simple changes to utilize green technology and conserve when possible, the more the course of environmental destruction in China can be altered.

For example, if every person of 1.3 billion Chinese unplugs appliances when not in use, 18 billion kilowatt-hours of power can be saved in just one year, more than the annual power generation by three Dayawan nuclear plants in Guangdong, says the Director of WWF's Global Climate Change program in China.

Switching to Internet faxing is an easy way that anyone can use green technology.

Few realize that nearly every stage in the production cycle, use, and disposal of fax machines and related components harm the environment or consume resources. (see flow chart below)

Our Green Solution

Environmental damage and pollution in China is a serious issue. As a US-company operating in China, we have taken the initiative and corporate social responsibility to emphasize the environmental benefits of using Internet fax.

By using our web-platform in order to send and receive faxes via email, our Internet faxing method promotes a cleaner environment in China by cutting down on paper and energy expenditure.

MyeFaxChina also provides an optimal method of fax management. When a fax is sent to a user's inbox, he or she can simply print what is needed and store or delete the rest. There is no stack of papers to trash, recycle, or store.
